Our President and CEO, Bob Adams, is an original "globalist". He has four decades of experience working in more than forty nations in Latin America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East as an expert consultant for a wide range of clients, including businesses, UN and US aid programs, and non-profit agencies. He has been widely published on the Internet, as well as having written for print publications, including several commentaries and an guest editorial for the well-known and well-respected financial magazine, Barron's. His photo is slightly inaccurate. Bob is rarely ever seen in a suit, especially in Panama!

Jim Benson, Panama Wave's Chief Operations Officer, with a business degree and a professional background in residential construction in the US, is another globalist having spent much of his adult life working in nations of Latin America, Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Jim has managed large staffs and administered multi-million dollar projects for a variety of public agencies, corporations, and non-profit organizations in some of the most challenging environments offered by the global community. Jim's expertise drawing on many years of direct field experience in emerging markets and developing nations provides an assurance that Panama Wave S.A. represents only high-quality projects.

Jaime Toro is our Public Relations Director, a position for which he is ideally suited. With degrees in tourism from his home nation of Chile, a degree in "Professional Customer Satisfaction" from Panama, and years of experience in Panama and the Caribbean providing exactly that satisfaction, Jaime is the perfect choice to offer support and assistance to our overseas clients when visiting Panama. It is very doubtful that you have met anyone as genuinely friendly and helpful as Jaime. But if you're lucky, you'll meet him here in Panama.

Associates

When we need legal assistance we turn to Licensiado Sanjay Gupta of C. Gonzalez y Associados. A native Panamanian, Sanjay received his LL.B. from the University of Panama, a certificate in anti-trust law from the University of Salamanca in Spain, and his LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University. Very bright, extremely hard-working, and fully professional, Sanjay is another excellent example of Panama's new generation. We especially appreciate his consistent ethical approach to every legal problem and his sense of humor, a necessity when dealing with the legal system and government functionaries. We don't move corporately without first talking to Sanjay. His legal assistance is available to our clients as well, whenever needed.

Our long-time associate, Jacob Kijne, is a Dutch citizen who has well over four decades of experience working in nations throughout the global community. An expert statistician, among many other skills, Jacob helps us keep track of our growing statistical database. More importantly to some of our visitors, he is also responsible for overseeing the translation of Panama Wave webpages from English to Dutch, as well as helping us with correspondance from our friends in the Netherlands.
