 I rarely take the time to write business reviews good or bad, but I am so pleased with the service and support my family and I have received from Panama Wave that I wanted to send you a note saying so.

 I am a risk-averse individual and prior to recently had never even considered buying real estate outside of the United States, my country of citizenship.  After my wife and I researched Panama for years which included watching your YouTube videos that go back a decade or more we decided to move forward on a real estate purchase in Panama City.  It was your presence on YouTube covering everything Panama, the detailed data you provide on the Panamanian economy and real estate market, AND ABOVE ALL ELSE YOUR TRUSTWORTHY CHARACTER that gave me and my wife the courage to move forward on our Panamanian real estate purchase.   I must also mention our realtor Maurice whom we were matched with through Panama Wave.  I can’t say enough about Maurice’s high character standards and level of service.   Not only did Maurice help us find exactly what we were looking for in a residence with an ocean view but he helped with so many other things that I did not even consider to be his job as a realtor.   These items ranged from helping me obtain attorney services, property insurance, property management services, and opening bank accounts.   Truly above and beyond service that far surpasses any service I have had from a realtor in the US or pretty much from any other business I have ever dealt with for that matter.

 To any individuals reading this who are considering real estate in Panama - my advice above all else is to be certain you are dealing with ethical attorneys, real estate agents, etc.  I have friends that bought property in Panama who down the road realized they were not treated ethically by their attorney and I have heard of plenty of others who were not treated ethically by their realtor.  Do your homework and make sure you can trust the people you are dealing with whoever you end up using.   

 I will be recommending Panama Wave to any of my friends or family who are interested in real estate in Panama.  Their word and reputations mean far more to them than doing something underhanded to squeeze some extra money out of a client.  These guys are “old school”.
