What we offer you focuses on meeting your housing needs, ethically, honestly, and at no cost to you.

When you contact us for assistance, it is best that you are ready to either rent or buy. It is challenging to get appointments with owners and their agents otherwise. Informal visits, “open houses”, and similar activities are not standard in Panama.

Even if you are not ready for that decision, we are happy to talk to you when you come down to visit. Bob Adams has been doing that for 20 years and is always happy to hear from new folks interested in Panama as a “new home away from home”, and Maurice may drop by to meet you as well.

Currently, we provide this service within the Panama City metropolitan area, and a portion of the Pacific beach area to the west of the city. We may expand this in the future. In addition, we have to focus on rental leases of twelve months. Regular landlords rarely accept short-term contracts. Airbnb is commonly used in Panama for that purpose.

Here are the steps we take as a team.

Prior to your arrival, we will ask if you are interested in renting or buying, and to share a list of those things you hope to be available to you. We will ask you to first focus on what you “need”, and then what you “want”. This is to be sure that you have the critical essentials you require. With that as a foundation, your “wants” help us improve the focus. If you have visited Panama City before, let us know if there are neighborhoods you have visited that interest you.

When you have arrived and settled in, we will sit with you, share ideas, and plan visits to help you get a better understanding of what is available as we narrow the search to the most appropriate candidates from your perspective. Bob will focus on providing you with answers to your questions and will share insights he has gathered from thousands of subscribers over 19 years at both his non-profit website and his YouTube channel, many of whom live happily in Panama today.

Maurice will be in charge of taking you to see potential homes. It is time-consuming, but he must coordinate the timing of a meeting in a very busy city with the owner and the owner’s agent each time. No lockboxes here yet. If by chance he is the listing agent for a property, he will tell you in advance. So he has no “agenda” to show you any property other than one that fits your goals. His efforts to raise the ethical standards for Panama’s real estate sector are well-known. He practices what he preaches.
